Ordered food for tonight. It arrived cold. The chicken pieces are more like pure batter and very chewy. Would not recommend at all. Can get a nicer meal for less from the takeaway closer to me which was unfortunately shut today.

Great food, the Salt and Pepper chicken is one of the best in the area, never have to wait too long and the food is always first class, Staff are very nice and welcoming.

Not good. From order to delivery it took 3 hours to arrive. Had to phone up twice to chase it up. The first time was told it'd be 20 minutes. 40 minutes later I called again they said they were only just starting to cook it. Both times the lady on the phone was rude, irate and unhelpful. I appreciate it is Christmas and you are busy but a 3 hour wait is unacceptable and demonstrates nothing less than poor organisation and management.

The food was nice, service pretty quick and all in all it was a pretty good takeaway. My issue stems from the amount of receipts that were strewn across the desk. Normally it wouldn't be so much an issue but due to being receipts ordered through just eat, they contained names, addresses and phone numbers of customers who had ordered. Pretty sure that's some kind of breach on data protection

Just had on Tuesday night live nr the Christchurch Hospital and every dish was cold thanks it was a special birthday treat wont be using again

Very disappointed decided to treat myself but it was horrible!the oil they cook with tastes disgusting the spring roll and chicken balls were soggy!the beef stir fry was horrible threw it and the sauce away!the special fried rice was just about acceptable and the sweet and sour sauce was okish. Will not be ordering again! waste of £30!I'm gutted and no I don't usually complain

I used to love this takeaway but recently we ordered and I understand prices going up but if you're going to up the price you do not decrease the amount! Barely any meat or veg in the special fried rice and significantly less meat in the main dishes we ordered! After using them for years we won't be going back again if we have to pay more for less.
