Just about the worst beach I ever visited. There was do much poo, and after we've encountered 7 dead birds after 2 minutes of walking, we turned around and went back to the car.

Don't tell anyone BUT this place is fabulous. The views are stunning the beach amazing, Brora really interesting place. Dont't rush in case you spoil it....;-) if doing NC500 take your time to see some amazing places and not just clock up the miles and the great views from the roads.

Brora Beach
You can walk for miles at Brora Beach, I love the blaze colour of the sand. The beach is right close to the impressive Brora Golf course and the views out to sea and up the coast are quite superb. I visited in December I was well wrapped up against the cold air. I met a few people on this beautiful coastline.

Surly one of the most beautiful locations on the planet. Miles of clean sand with crystal clear water. Wildlife is everywhere. You can often see seals popping their head out the sea for a nose
