All of the guys in this centre are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this for any servicing and other spares. I used them for tyres and would certainly use them again

If I could give 10 stars I would. Absolutely fantastic service.Chris and John were brilliant.We were quoted a horrendous price from another garage to fix a MOT fail.Our bill including the labour came to a quarter of the other quote.Invoice no. 009137405

F1 autocentres-BasildonUsing them for the first time. Change both rear tyres.They have started working in the car 30+ minutes after the original booking but with a clear explanation without me having to ask. They have add some problems to remove one overtight alloy secure locking nut and again they came to me first before applying extra strength that could cause any damage. Very good attention to detail as they have noticed that one brake pad spring was missing in one side and kindly have highlighted to me (brakes were not included in the booking).All service was completed in about 35 minutes and ended with some advices and an apology for the small waiting at the begging.I am very happy with all the service in general and will use them again in the future.Definitely I can recommend them.

Clowns, absolute clowns, the guy that done my MoT must have had an issue with me or something, kept looking at me with such anger on his face, failed my MoT on front tyre having a hole in it fair enough I did have a hole in it, however upon returning two days later for a retest, they moved the failure reason to an advisory and provided me with a pass certificate, upon questioning them they tell me once its on the certificate they can't amend it which is a complete lie, the guy tried to get aggressive with me for questioning him, maybe because I didn't change my tyres there because their prices were more than Kwik fit, sure the first and last time I'll go there.

I’ve tried to use this garage for wheel aligment last Saturday (17/07/21) from the first to last moment they were very unprofessional. Having paid for 4 wheel alignment they initially done my front 2, took the car back as soon as they touched the rear took my car back complaining that something isn’t right and the car is pulling to the right… to this i’ve been told that they aren’t prepared to spend anymore time on my car…i took the car to another place their machine clearly showing i was right! Not to mention that they have left one of my wheel bolts untightened which could have caused a serious accident.Please AVOID this guys!!! They are completely useless!!! Would have given 0 stars if I could…

Took my car for a wheel alignment and without even going within 10 metres of my car I got told they can’t do it because my wheels were too close to my wheel arch. My car is completely standard. I took it to a garage round the corner who without a doubt said it can be done and done it instantly. Just seemed like they didn’t want my business.

CowboysCowboys. DO NOT USE. Cost £700 for MOT and to apply clamp to exhaust as emissions failed. Just over a week exhaust falls off. They take no blame and charge another £360 to fit new exhaust. They say ware and tare. If it was eroded that bad why did they try to fix it in the first place when doing initial repairs. Should have just installed new one, comon sense surely. They probably caused the issue by messing about with the exhaust otherwise why would it fall off so soon after. Dodgy company. Would never use again. Beware

Shambles. Booked on line and paid in advance for an Aircon recharge at the Basildon depot on Saturday morning. As instructed, I rang the depot to confirm the exact time of the appointment. But Basildon does not perform Aircon recharge on weekends due to lack of trained staff. No indication of this when making the booking. Was instructed to contact internetbooking services and move the booking to another location. But they were closed at 5.01pm !! When do these firms imagine we get home from work and have time ring around clearing up their mess, especially when you have to wait for their recorded message to play through!!
