We used this family run taxi service for a trip to and from a wedding this weekend. The car arrived promptly both ways with a warm welcome from the lady who drove us. She chatted to us throughout the journeys and had a very soothing voice, it was like listening to an audiobook! She also didn’t want the money for the trip until the collection journey was complete, which I thought was a lovely thing to do. She also went above an beyond trying to find a solution to fix my dress which I’d ripped just before getting in the taxi- she found out some micropore tape from the first aid kit and managed to make the rip look less obvious for me! Honestly have never known a taxi driver so kind! I would highly recommend using this company. Thank you!

What a fabulous husband and wife taxi service. They took us into Ludlow and arranged to collect us later that evening. They were prompt, really friendly and were only too happy to advise us on restaurants and pubs during our stay. Highly recommend!

Would highly recommend Wolfcar Private Hire.Easy to get hold of, prompt and competitive quote. Arrived on time to take us to a local wedding venue and were there at the time arranged to take us back.Very calming with a wardrobe malfunction on route....and kindly provided us with the loan of a large umbrella due to a sudden down pour of rain! Then after a day of celebrating helped us to locate the correct door to unlock to enter our hotel for which we were very grateful!Excellent service...very friendly and went above and beyond.

Paul and Diane run a friendly but completely professional and reliable service and, as well as the airport runs and the nights out service, will quote for unusual journeys from the Ludlow area to anywhere in the UK. I have done two long trips with them and can really recommend their attention to detail. I had a wrong terminal in my information pack for a flight and Paul came and collected me from the correct Heathrow terminal, ringing me as I arrived at passport control and arriving about two minutes after I came through customs. Diane took me to Hereford for a CPR test, dropped me at a place close by the testing station and arrived back at the agreed place two minutes after I rang her to say that I had finished.They are both thoroughly professional and will allow you to phone or work but will chat too if that is what you want and both of them took the time to point out exactly where things were situated that we had talked about. If you want an excellent service in the local area, these are the people to ring first.
