I have used Bolton Jones twice over the last 5 years. Firstly to purchase a house and more recently to sell a house. We chose Bolton Jones again to sell our house recently, as the overall service the first time we used them was first class.I have found their costs to be cheaper than most of their competitors without any compromise on service. All of my queries were answered promptly by either Andrew or Nicola and the most important point I could make on them is that you will certainly face no delays in the buying / selling process from Bolton Jones dealing with your file as they are very efficient.I have also recommended Bolton Jones to a few of my friends over the years, and their experience has always been positive too.I can only highly recommend their service to anyone.

Overall the service has been very satisfactory. The staff are both accessible and approachable, indeed on occasion I have popped in to their office without an appointment and have always been greeted and seen pretty much straight away. The conveyancing is a no nonsense, straightforward service at an exceptionally competitive price. Their service standards are clearly set out in a very user friendly web site and even provides an instant online fixed fee quotation! How instant? I just got a quote in 60 seconds! Show me a Solicitor with more transparency - there isn't one. Furthermore in their conditions you will note that if a property move falls through through no fault of yours then there is no charge for that service (i.e. no move no fee!). In short, I wouldn't use any other Solicitor for my conveyancing.Peter Farmer

Bolton Jones & Co provided a very effivcient conveyancing service when I bought my property this year (late 2018). It took approx 8 weeks from start to completion, which I consider as fast. Andrew, my solicitor, called me in for a meeting close to the sale completion and he explained everything in an easy to understand, helpful and friendly manner. I would be happy to make then my solicitors for any future transactions.

Used Andrew Tyl from Bolton Jones recently to complete my first house purchase. The house purchase was completed quickly (around 5 weeks) and without any issues.The only reason why I took one star off was because it was sometimes difficult to reach Andrew at the start. It became a lot easier when Nicola (Andrew’s assistant) got involved.Good value for money, and quick turnaround.
