I just bought a new Samsung phone from The Phone Shop and Ash provided exemplary service throughout. Ash is extremely knowledgeable and he combines this with a very pleasant and helpful manner. Originally I was so happy to get such a cheap screen replacement, but I've been disappointed to learn after that due to not being a genuine apple replacement (which was not disclosed to me until after the replacement), it has not been compatiable with my phone and has been causing me a lot of screen use issues - I am now going to have to get it fixed somewhere else too, lesson learnt to go to an apple store next time :(

After developing an issue where I couldn't hear the callers on my phone I originally spoke to phone manufacturer support as is still under warranty, they wanted me to reset and send in and wait ten days and than I called the shop and spoke to Ash. Told him my issue and he said to pop in and he'd sort my earpiece issue out in no time. Was in for less that 10 mins and was sorted out. Will definitely keep Ash in mind for all future issues. 5* for Ash.
