Have been going here for over 30 years and always joked about how miserable the owners look and not particularly helpful but as a keen gardener I didn’t need to ask their advice.I always try to support local businesses especially in these difficult times but after the way I was treated today I will not be giving them mybusiness.After reading their reviews it’s obviously that they have a issue and for so many reviews to state how rude they are to their customers I was not surprised at the way I was treated.By replying to one such complaint by stating we have been in business for 50 years so we must be doing something right just shows your arrogance.If I had so many reviews regarding my rude attitude I would definitely do something about it not just blame the customer and make excuses.

Great service and advice for my first ever pond!

I would like to write about our experience at Woodside Garden Nursery. We have been visiting this garden center recently, after a long break. How nice you can buy whatever you want there. Everything for the construction of a pond, fish, water plants, fountains and other gardening supplies. Nice service and answer all your questions. Listing a few people I can not mention Alex, Stacey, Kath, Geof always help with all doubts. At the same time, we would like to thank the entire team for their help in the implementation of our project. Once again, I heartily recommend this business.

Nice little garden centre and craft barn, good coffee shop. Well worth a visit.

Visited Sunday, excellent selection of plants and reasonably priced, found exactly what we were looking for. Staff are very kind and helpful.

Very good setup and plenty of choice. Plants alll looked healthy.

We get our fish here and the man who deals with that side has an insane amount of knowledge and really happy to help

Very good nursery plant healthy very quiet even on a Saturday.

Just had a beautiful bouquet delivered. Excellent service in difficult conditions, the lady walked down the lane to make the delivery as it was very slippery with ice and snow.
