I called at 2:15 for our washing machine that stopped working. I received a text 30 minutes later from Abbas that he was on his way. He arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem, and quoted me a very fair price. It turned out he didn't have the part with him, so he drove down to the warehouse to pick it up. The machine was doing a load at 5. Couldn't be happier with the whole transaction!!!

Abbas from Hawk appliances came to repair our washer/dryer on time and he fixed it very quickly and efficiently. He immediately found the issue with his expertise and repaired it in not time and even fixed some additional minor issues which were not part of the job. Great repair. Called yesterday late afternoon and was told they would be here between 8 and10. Technician showed up about 9am. Was nice that he sent me a txt and he showed up on time. Hopefully this repair will hold for a while. This is the first and last repair. The dryer has lasted a long time. Thank you again for the quick repair.
