Polish Me Nails and Beauty

Daughter and her friend got their nails done. We usually use a different nail bar but due to the busy period they went to Polish Me. My daughters nails were great once done. Her friends were all clumpy not straight, full of acrylic at the back of the nail not painted well. Being only young they didn’t feel they could say anything even though the technician should have seen the awful job. Returned on the Saturday and they redid my friends daughters nails. They wanted us to go there in the evening which did not work for us. My daughters nails were lovely but two have already fallen off so we will be going elsewhere to get her nails redone as she’s never had a problem with her nails in the past and they usually last around 3-4 weeks.

Had to wait a hour before I even got them done, EXTREMELY rude staff and poor acrylic application. Will not be coming back.

Had SNS done today. Charged £38. Told them it's normally £28, advised £5 for take off and £5 for manicure. Told him every nail bar in Orpington this is included in the price of £28.Feel like I've been ripped off. Lesson ask the price first!Yes your price list says £28 for SNS. You said you are aware of the other shop prices, as he is your cousin and you live with owners of other shops. My review is to advise customers to ask not just read your price list. Never had this with any other shop. The price listed is what you pay, never added on extras. Nails have always been cut and old product removed. Yes I have used you previously, and paid the price listed. I used you today as you had availability and the other nail shops were very busy!

Terrible shop, went twice and very disappointed both times. They Don’t understand or listen to what you ask for and then argue when they get it wrong, and rip you off for the price.I asked for White acrylic powder tips, the type used for pink & whites… painted on white gel varnish instead, even after stopping him several times because he wasn’t doing what I wanted…The picture shows the result after 3 days.. broken and chipped, which is why I ask for white powder acrylic and not Gel painted on. Won’t be going back!

A busy but efficient shop. Be prepared for a short wait at peak times, but a quick and reasonably priced service is given.

Great service. I’ve had nails done for many, many years. Living in Dubai and Spain you come across many different techniques. The cat’s eyes applied by Lyn were just lovely and so finely applied. Several friends (and strangers) commented and asked where I had had them done. Her brother-in-law gave me a great pedicure. Recommended.
