This company is not local.After waiting in 2 hours after estimated arrival time, alarm bells started ringing.A bit of research confirmed my suspicions.Another mess about unreliable big company.My own fault for calling the first number i saw.

Give low quotations on the phone which are hiked up on arrival. They're not even based in Wednesbury, just playing the middleman between the customer and the handymen they send out on their behalf. Not happy, we only use proper local firms.-- EDIT (In response to below)--Please verify your real physical location then and I will pop in to discuss.Oh you won't because you're based in Dorset....

Clear with the pricing on the phone prior to arriving. The locksmith was punctual and very knowledgeable. Can’t fault the service. You get what you pay for unfortunately I’ve been burnt before by going for the cheapest.

Called them out for a lockout on 4th November 2023. They said they would aim to be there in 30 minutes but it would not be anything more than 60 minutes. It took them 1 hour 15 minutes. I called them afterwards to ask about this, they said there’s nothing they can do. The actual locksmith was really good and professional, however the customer service was not.
