I'm from Warwick but visit Burton area often. When I had an issue with my Volvo my brother recommended Crescent.They were superb from start to finish with what ended up being a tricky discussion with Volvo over a part. Crescent were friendly, open and communicative, also very reasonable. I'll definitely be using them ongoing, despite being out of my locality.

Brilliant service. My car was booked in for mot today. A few days ago a fault came on on the dashboard. I called them to advise them a few days ago. My car was fixed, mot’d and back with me in under 5 hours. Bonus points for costing less than I thought it would too! Cannot recommend or thank you all enough.

Great service from the team who helped replace an EGR Valve. We had to wait for the parts as the dealer didn't have them in stock, but Stuart and Lindsey were helpful and friendly keeping us up to date and the work was done quickly when the parts were available.Will certainly use them again
