Wilsons Epsom - Service Centre

Do not use this company they are a bunch of cowboys and their customer service is a joke. After posting my views on their website I was contacted by Ben of customer services. He listened to what I had to say and said that he would look into our complaints and come back to us. That was nearly two weeks ago, am I surprised no I am not. This is just another thing that is wrong with Wilson's servicing and their customer service. Their knowledge about what should be done when with regard to work that needs to be done at what time is none existent so because of that I have just had to pay out for an Audible timing chain/timing belt check: which cost me £649.00. Which should have been done years ago. To say the least, I will not be using them again and recommend that you do the same

Took my car for a full service, warm welcome on arrival and the process was explained to me clearly. Called for an update later in the day and spoke to a lovely lady who gave me a time update. The gentleman looking after my car, Joe, called not long after and I collected my car with all paperwork prepared. Joe was super friendly and professional throughout, would highly recommend.

They've had my grandson's car since 29/11/23. It's in for a header problem. It's still not resolved. They blame the supplier for not delivering the parts. There's half of Wilsons not returning call and that inludes the managergarage garage

The most excellent service and MOT CENTRE around. Superb customer care except Aaron on the front desk who carried on typing while I stood waiting to book in until I asked if I was in the right place. Didn't even acknowledge I was there.

People are good. Very good communications and kept me up to date.Car was lovely and clean when I picked it up.Note that it is not on the same site as the main sales site, but you need to turn right into a side road (as you come from the Sainsbury's little roundabout) and it is then on the left hand side.Also, there is parking but it is tight. There is a one way system in place to make it easier.

Took my car here for an MOT - was absolutely stunned by the service quality. They send you a little video of your car being inspected, with some popups of bits to mend and the costs. Quite the improvement on other MOT providers. Would recommend.

I've had some less than satisfactory experiences with the service department in the past with another make of car, but I'm now back at Wilson's with my latest car and I have to say, it looks like they've turned a corner (in a good way).Faultless experience and great service from Ellie, I was genuinely very impressed. Long may it continue! Thanks to the team.

I have rated the service only 2 because since the initial excellent service I received when buying the car (funny that!), the after sales service has been sadly lacking. I won’t go into details here but suffice to say that I would not in all honesty recommended Wilsons or use them again. That said, I would like to make special mention of the two lovely ladies on the reception desk, namely Casey and Hallie, who were both superb and an absolute credit to your company. Hallie in particular went the extra mile to ensure that I eventually left as a satisfied customer. I would give both ladies 5 stars for customer service.

Spent a small fortune on official Hyundai servicing last week, and I thought they did a good job (good customer service from Joe). A week later the electric handbrake has packed up, but Wilsons refuse to look at it quickly because the handbrake was not looked at in the service. Apparently the soonest they can look at my car is November. What am i expected to do until then? Get the bus? Really Wilsons, this is the most shocking customer service and clearly your clients are only valued as cash cows. I will be looking to go elsewhere from now on.
