The car was given to them for a problem to be diagnosed. I was quoted over £2k for the work. I took the car to another garage who actually bothered to check what the issue was. Only cost £200 in the end.Aside from the obvious lack of skills, they add on unnecessary charges for things that do not need to be done; going as far as to lie about the legality of it. Excellent service - They got me booked in at short notice for brake noise, got a very competitive quote. They carried out work to a very high standard. I will be back for my service and mot coming up

Have had our Volvo in their garage a few times after break downs, couple of hiccups due to a faulty part being delivered to them, but they fixed it quick without any additional costs to us.Just had x4 tyres fitted there too- fast service and polite staff.Would highly recommend.

Class act- got me booked in that same morning and rectified an issue with my van that has saved me a huge headache rescheduling work. Rob is a gentleman and is incredibly knowledgeable. Great job! Would recommend to everyone!

I've used Regency 4 or 5 times and always been very happy with it.Pretty busy place - but they're well organised and I've always been looked after quickly. Helpful, friendly staff too.Doesn't cost more than other places either.

Disgusting service. They have dented my car in 3 places - car was pristine when given to them. No way of talking to or reasoning with this evil garage. Con people. Unfathomably rude staff - they take your money when the car is not back to normal and then don't listen to a word you say about what is still wrong with the car & talk to you like you're stupid - don't take your car there if you're a woman. Pretty sure they'd have more value for the words coming out a man's mouth. From the bill, it looks like they overcharge too. Make sure to check your car BEFORE you pay them, or better still, avoid giving them your car. And as you can see from the horrible'mechanic's reply below, they are just nasty to people. Couldn't care less that they've left a customer with a car that needs to be taken to another garage. Incidentally, he left he reply moments after I left the review, so they were looking out for it - if they spent time fixing cars properly they wouldn't have time to swiftly pen a book-length response. Yes there are many places that deserve bad reviews - you are one of them. Fortunately, most of the places I go to just get my repeat custom and I get service that means I will definitely return to them.Reviews for this garage seem to have been really good until recently. Obviously an issue with some appalling new member of staff or something going on that's meant plenty of dissatisfied customers recently.

Absolutely amazing customer service.After having the immense stress of having my son’s Audi A3 stranded due to a fuel injector leak , the AA recovered his car and I was recommended by a friend to have it taken to Regency Autos in Cherry Hinton, Cambridge.I was looked after from start to finish by Daniel .He diagnosed the problem straight away without making the problem larger than it was .He gave a very competitive quote and fixed the car within 24 hrs .Thank you very much for looking after my son,I’ve been recommended by a friend and as a result of excellent service, I’ll be recommending other friends, family and colleagues too,

Outstanding service, extremely professional, very helpful.We had a problem with a motorhome and they have done a great diagnostic, very thorough.Problem solved in three hours and car back on its way.Special mentions go to Rob and Mary, who really have saved the day.

Had a MOT done and they made a mistake so now I have an an advisory that shouldn't be there. Not the end of the world, but not a good look when you're planning on selling the car soon.
