MPFIT Gyms

I absolutely love MP fit . It’s the most welcoming, friendly gym I’ve ever been a member of .I have PT’s with Joel , and he is everything you need in a PT … pushes you where you wouldn’t push yourself but always with kindness and patience ( most of the time ) and a sense of humour ! Makes you realise you can do more that you think which then turns into results.All the staff are fabulous and everyone talks to one another so you feel part of a community .Greyson their young apprentice , is a shinning star and always there with a smile .Thanks you fabulous lot for creating a wonderful training space for all .

I've been going MP Fit for a few years now & absolutely love it. Everyone is friendly & there's a great atmosphere. I've recently started attending Joels barbell blast class & WOW! OH MY does that set you up good for the day. Its a beast of a class but it's a total buzz. Joel's lovely too although I was a little nervous to do his classes knowing it was going to be tough. But no pain no gain they say, I'm so glad i plucked up the courage to go... loving it :)

When moving to Leeds I tried two other gyms in the local area but for one reason or another they just weren’t for me. The classes at MPfit are exciting, varied and convenient that works around my 9-5 job. I especially enjoy Liam and Joel’s classes but all the instructors and staff there are very friendly and helpful making it a very nice environment and one which makes you want to go to the gym rather than dread it. The gym is clean and I like the varied equipment and thankfully doesn’t give off an intimidating vibe. I highly recommend.

I returned back to MP fit in April having trained elsewhere in the local area before lockdown and the gym Is great, the staff are really knowledgeable and approachable which makes the gym a friendly environment and a great place to train.When the classes started back up again I've been attending Joel's fight fit and Danny's bootcamp sessions and they're both excellent with Joel's kick boxing background & Danny's rugby background the classes are really tough but equally enjoyable!

This is a proper gym with the most welcoming staff. I’ve always found heading to the gym a bit of a chore but since joining here in 2019 I’ve always looked forward to going. By chance I bumped into Joel one of the PTs on my first visit and he invited me to one of the classes. I’ve not looked back since, made so many friends and it feels like a family. Joel is top PT and a great friend. His classes are tough but fun and I love our weekly PT sessions that are really challenging and have a fresh style each time to keep my body and mind guessing. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

MP Fit Birstall is simply outstanding! I love attending the classes, and they never disappoint. The instructors are top-notch, and I have to give a special shoutout to Hew – his classes are a perfect blend of standard circuit exercises and boxing, with a good dose of good old-fashioned sweat (and his music taste is surprisingly good for a young lad!).The gym itself has got everything you could ask for in terms of equipment for all fitness levels. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly motivating. They really care about your fitness journey.The overall experience is exceptional, with well-maintained locker rooms and easy parking. If you're looking for a gym that goes above and beyond, MP Fit Birstall is the way to go. Highly, highly recommended!
