I must be honest after reading the reviews on here I was nervous about our car going here on an insurance repair. Our car needed a new drivers door and wing and repair to A pillar. I must say the work was completed to a very high standard, so much so you would not know the car had ever been involved in an accident. Communication was brilliant - regular text updates and staff friendly.

Disappointed.Went in just to have my car estimated and the receptionists are nice. However, I'm there to get my car repaired and 4 days later I still don't have my estimate. Its only an email with the pricing. That's all.I dread to think how long it would actually take them to fix the car. By the looks of the other reviewers, it takes months.I went to get my car estimated at Crash in Corsham and they gave me my estimate within 3 hours later. Top quality service there.Don't waste your time here. They seem to not want the business or have absolutely terrible customer service. Really disappointed.

This company is a joke, had my car to repair through the co op.insurance and it took first of all 1 week to we be assigned to this company and then 20 days to the car been fixed and we never got the courtesy car as told to us at the beginning, and after all those days and many calls from us to we collect the car we had to pay the excess of our insurance first £350 to then it be released and the repair was not great. So to conclude, its not worthy at all, my insurance paid them £1200 for an simple exhaust replacement that cost £150 only, where all this costs come from is unbelievable, an job that should not cost more than £500. Terrible, is 0 stars for me, total nightmare.

Just picked my car up from The ARC chippenham where they have repaired the front end after being hit by another car.Dropped off 11am Monday and they called 4pm Thursday to say it was ready to collect.Looks good as new.Cannot fault the service from start to finish, ladies on the reception desk very helpful and friendly. And whoever has carried out the work has done a fantastic job. Would highly recommend.

Took my car here for repairs, took three weeks of chasing them just to get an insurance quote. Went for repairs, took another 7 days. Received a call to say ready for collection, went to pick it up, repaired paint had runs in it and panels misaligned. Refused to take car until satisfied. Manager said he couldn't see it, said they're all like that".Call following day to say ready again. Still runs and misaligned panels. Manager tried to tell me again "they're all like that"

Pleasantly surprised - I was initially very concerned when my car was booked in here for a repair following a rear-end shunt, after reading all the reviews. However, they did a fantastic job - Quick, courteous and professional - rear end of car now looks as good as new. Thank you!

Brilliant could not be happier fixed my lease car perfect they had excellent communication and come back to me really quick with an estimate which was a brilliant price compared to other quotes I got from Swindon! they were much faster with the quote the one in Swindon took over 3 weeks! why I was willing to travel further to Chippenham to get the car fixed. I would highly recommend. Fantastic service.

Car was sent on a 3rd party insurance job, initially took almost 2 months to receive my car back where they had replaced the wing mirror in the wrong colour, so the car had one black and one white wing mirror and nobody had noticed until I pointed it out... they sent the cap back to be resprayed and someone came to replace it the next day. I then drove the car to find it was not driving straight, after many phone calls arguing the fact that the car was fine before the accident and now it was not they took the car back to repair again. The car then returned back to me and I was devastated to find when I drove it, it now rattles! I did not have the energy to solve it with CARC so I have gone somewhere else to get the car repaired. The people I dealt with were nice enough, just terrible at their job
