I can’t praise BCP house clearance enough. Completely professional and so helpful. They took all the stress and hard work out if this difficult task. As we don’t live they’ve said they would read the water meter and drop the keys back to the council on completion. Before payment they sent a video of the empty flat. Fantastic service. Thank you

I choose this company because I believed they were bereavement care specialists. I was assured everything would be treated respectfully and delicately. My father passed and I couldn’t be in the property at the same time. I was waiting outside: all I heard was the removal men making comments on how much money they were going to make from this job. I even left the alcohol cabinet as I couldn’t bare taking it, and they ran out with it shouting we having a party tonight. On top of what they made from the job, they left me feeling utterly heartbroken and absolutely violated by their actions and comments: I wouldn't recommend them.

I needed some furniture and household waste removed and disposed off. Out of all the house clearance companies I phoned BCP was the most professional and reasonably priced, as well as being able to provide the service promptly. Highly recommend.

James and his team were fantastic today. I contacted James having had an extremely inflated quote from another house clearance. James kept in contact prior to today and his team worked tirelessly emptying my late fathers garage, and sheds which were full from floor to ceiling. They also removed some large furniture items. James gave me an updated quote on arrival and his team were sensitive to my needs even putting to one side photographs that they had found while clearing. I can’t thank them enough, I was so stressed about clearing everything and they just got on with it. I thoroughly recommend them.
