Overall, not the best experience. The establishment was busy, but there was not enough staff to accommodate the customers. My friend and I had to wait 20+ minutes to get our drink orders taken, so we ordered our food at the same time. Then the drinks came incorrectly, so we had a further delay. Then when our food came, it was a little burnt and not as described on the menu (I.e. the potato hash had little meat in). The servers forgot our other order of waffles and then forgot to give us cutlery. The delays were obnoxious and made the experience negative. To save further delay, I decided to go to the till to ask for our bill as we had a train to catch.

Fast service, lovely food, very filling.Lovely staff and a very nice aesthetic and atmosphere. The food was really well done, and tasted really good. We also had milkshakes that were really good. Fresh and tasty!I would highly recommend going!

This was my second time visiting and each time the food has been absolutely delicious along with the drinks. I highly recommend visiting if you are in Leeds as it's the best place for pancakes and waffles. I had Benedict Pancakes and...WOW! The portions are huge and they do allow you to take any leftovers home, unfortunately I live too far to do this but the bliss of each bite is fantastic. It's as if you want more to eat but know you are far too full to eat anymore. Just a fantastic place overall, I highly recommend it!You will need to book in advance as it is a very busy and popular place to eat.I recommend the cookie dough milkshake as well!

The atmosphere was nice but unfortunately my pancakes tasted like bricks covered in maple syrup. My friends liked what they got and cleared the plates, they got savoury though.I would come back and try something else because the extra eggs I got were nice but the pancakes were disappointing.

First time coming here after going to the Liverpool branch a few years back, so knew to book (even on a Friday morning). A lot of people were told to come back later as it is a small place, so don't try to wing it as you definitely want to eat here! Everything is cooked to order, and it's extremely good value for money, both in taste and portion size. I couldn't fault the French toast (you can ask for more syrup for free!) and the triple eggs benedict was also great, the spinach being a highlight. Had the honeycomb latte special which was nice, though could have been hotter. The staff were all super friendly, although the atmosphere didn't feel the most relaxed due to it being so busy. Overall will always hunt out a Moose coffee if one's in town!

I’ll start with the positives: it was in a good location, the decor was fantastic and we had a really warm welcome when we arrived.Other than that, I left the restaurant feeling quite irate. It took almost 40mins for someone to come and take our orders and even when they did they got our drinks wrong and forgot to prepare one of the dishes we had ordered. My main (Bronx Brunch) was absolutely not worth the £12.75, I actually couldn’t believe the ridiculousness of it. It was advertised as having bacon and corned beef which you needed a microscope to see on the plate. Again, I can’t believe I payed £12.75 for potato. When they did eventually bring out the other part of my order (waffles), the waitress said she would bring out new cutlery and that took another 10mins. She stated she had forgotten. The waffles were ok but we had waited so long they had hardened by the time we got to eat it. I hear it’s a popular place but for me, it didn’t live up to the hype.

First time visitor and will definitely be returning when I'm in the neighbourhood. There was ample choice, and everything that was served tasted amazing - the free top-up on maple syrup was an added bonus too!The portion sizes are huge, to the point that most of our party asked for takeaway boxes, as they were unable to finish it.Staff were really friendly, snd the food was reasonably priced.I'd recommend booking though, as not the biggest of placed, so can leave few options if you're looking to just drop in.

First time at Moose Coffee was disappointing. I politely chased after been waiting for 40 minutes and the table next to us had their food served despite getting there after us. I was then told the waitress didnt put our order through. So all together we waited about an hour till our pancakes were served. It wasn't worth the wait and it tasted nothing amazing. Wont be returning.

Just finished breakfast at Moose Coffee... I was drawn in by the variety of the American style menu. The staff were very pleasant and quite efficient. The decor is lovely, well in keeping with the brand. My Huevos rancheros were excellent. My partner's Full Moose breakfast was a little less satisfying... the American style hash was not grated. We would generally expect, rather, small cubed potatoes. The eggs were well cooked ... a lovely gooey yolk :) but the rashers had no taste off them at all. That being said, we would probably try streaky bacon next time.
