We ordered a new Range Rover sport circa 12 months ago via Lee & I’ve had a great experience from the start to collection of the vehicle which was last Friday!! Lee was honest, informative and helpful throughout. He managed our expectations of timescales, costs and any problems he helped us navigate - he was always available on the end of the phone or would respond to our emails promptly. Couldn’t have bettered the experience and interaction with Lee. Collecting the car was no different- not only was the car just perfect, Lee spent time going through everything with us that the car does so we were well equipped before getting on the road. Lee is a total asset to the business and would have no hesitation in recommending his services!

Keith in the service department has been absolutely amazing.From when my car needed repair I have had clear communication and even when there was delays to get it fixed I was told. Not once have I needed to chase anything up.Also sorted us out with Uber and has been really professional yet courteous with his service.Would highly recommend

The service drop of is fantastic quick efficient, work done quick and great , reason for 1 star original price for work given to wife £600 plus , when I questioned they said sorry oops a mistake £420 , they had wife’s car listed as a 110 even though it’s a 90I then try and pay . I am paid cash at work and suffer with dyslexia so do not use cards . I rarely go to banks . I was told no cash I counted out the £420 and was told no . Could somebody pay for me as though I was a second class citizen and that needed charity , I asked for head office number to clarify I was asked to go to another room as though I was embarrassing them trying to pay cash , the senior lady came over and asked did I really think my phone call would make any difference to jardines cash policy . Her attitude made me feel even more effected and my worth less as a person in society they forced me to produce a card I have never used and took payment as though I was not present , the whole experience was very upsetting , I phoned head office to point out my grievance, they have not come back to me , hence why I have had to go to this way of pointing out my issues

Shocking service. Took my car in for a system update was told this would need to be done under a diagnostic check which was around £240 an hour, although on the phone I was stated a free courtesy health check includes a system update. Nevertheless I booked the car in for one hour diagnostic , later told they needed to do a more detailed check and would need further two hours! At this point I asked for the diagnostic report to be emailed over to me. Initially told this was not possible after going back and forth they finally sent me a report which was of the health check not a diagnostic (health check clearly stated system update was needed). Yet they demanded that I needed the car checked in for a further two hours! Totalling £650+ for a system reset which would have been done in the first hour. Wonder how many others they have scammed! Terrible service, when trying to escalate the matter the associate had another staff member call me falsely pretending to be management!! The branch Manager himself is impossible to get hold of, he seems to be avoiding calls and not responding to any messages left for him. Terrible, avoid at any cost!

Luxury Experience from Jade and the After Sales team at JLR Wolverhampton for a vehicle service. I was greeted by two staff then introduced to Jade who was very professional, taking time to ensure I knew what the service process was and that she would update me with a vehicle health check. The team also replaced a broken rear light, which was a bonus. I was invited to use the facility’s and the Reception staff who were really friendly looked after me with perfect coffee. Jade checked in several times before I drove off in a nice clean car.

A couple of weeks after taking my car in July for its first service the service light came on again. I was told I would have to pay £225 for a diagnosis check, I decided to take it to my local garage as it was cheaper. They informed me that the service was never carried out on my car which is why the service light came on again. I was charged £650 by Land Rover for this service that never happened. I then had to take my car in again to get it serviced. I think it's disgusting how a big company like this treats it's customers. Someone needs to held accountable and I will be persuing this further

I appreciate people rarely read lengthy reviews so I keep mine short! I have both my Jaguar XF and Land Rover Discovery Sport maintained by Jardine Wolverhampton and I can’t rate them highly enough. Nothing is to much trouble. Throughly recommended..

The bloke that was being harassed on a tik tok video who is a car salesman that works for your company has handled himself so well! If I was to ever buy a car it would be from this bloke. The way he was harassed continuously and the way he responded was A class. Props to this bloke!
