Firstly I want to say thank you to Neil for the absolutely fabulous customer care. It reminded me of how business/people used to treat and respect each other back in the day. Family loved the quality of the flowers and arrangements. To be honest I was skeptical at placing the order but now I am pleased with the outcome I will be returning back.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for delivering the Lacie bouquet for my wife. I placed the order online having spoken to a very helpful man who reassured me when I was concerned nobody would be in to receive the delivery on the day I wanted. When we arrived home we found the bouquet had safely and securely arrived at a neighbour's, beautifully arranged and packaged and each stem as pretty as the website's photo. Great value and even better being a local service. Thank you.

My dad ordered these for me as a surprise. He said the lady who took his order over the phone was very helpful. The person who also delivered the flowers was very lovely and advised on the different kinds of flowers in the bouquet. A beautiful surprise, thank you very much!

It was chance that I found Betty's Flower House as I do not live in Newcastle and needed to find a flower shop for Mother's Day flowers. From the first telephone contact, everything ran perfectly. My mother is over the moon with the flowers - she has filled four vases. Not only did she receive flowers, but was given a box of chocolates, too. I call this first class service with a very personal touch. Thank you!

My Mum and Sister ordered a bouquet for my 50th birthday from Betty's Flower House.I was very impressed. The bouquet had a great choice of complementary colours and enough flowers for two vases.They were absolutely beautiful and lasted for ages.
