Awful communication. Sent email after email, called multiple times a day and heard nothing. Ended up having to go into the branch to figure out why i hadn’t heard from them and why my references were taking so long. Person who was assigned to me ended up going on holiday, had to wait for them to come back for them to continue with my references which was weeks after. Then still, had to email and call to chase up and heard nothing. DBS expired after 2 months- had i known they expire i would’ve been at the branch much sooner to action these outstanding tasks from them. I haven’t been able to work for the last 2 months because of how long this has taken, and am still waiting to hear that my references are okay and can be cleared to work. Really disappointed

Very good agency. Been working for them for a year. Very good staff and friendly staff. Never got any issues with them and no problem when getting paid. It's the best agency I've worked with. I highly recommend them.

Don't bank on them calling you back. They called me for a telephone interview, unfortunately l couldn't take the call so arranged to speak the following day, no call forthcoming, l tried calling them, leaving messages on the answer phone and l am still waiting.

Worked with them for about 4 months, had great experience with staff, they are really helpful. The transfer from agency to company went smooth, no problems at all. Special thanks to Alex, Beth and Jordan for taking care of me and bringing the agency work and support to another level. Thanks guys and good luck with this difficult situation (COVID-19).

The worst agency you can ever work over. Do not trust the woman called Kirsty to handle your business as she is not helpful and supportive of any person that she hires, so if u was you i will not be a part of this company

I had a appointment at 2:30pm just to get a email saying at 3pm when was missing only 10min for the appointment. Other thing I got already DBS check done, only 2months old and they said, no you have to do another one because that is 2months old, I was what???I just feel sorry for the airport baggage handling people that need to deal with this leasy staff. The advice says as well about 1000£ in retention, be careful they dont even say anything about that... probably another lie.

There are some and bas things about this company and some good things. No Communication with the Client just by email they did got me back in airport in 2weeks before I started waiting for blue pass for ages they don't pay on time but the girls do work please treat your staff more help them when are in Trouble Before letting there is No support for the staff Agency at the airportPlease be there for your staff
