Morrells Wood Farm

Lovely accommodation in a beautiful place. Tucked away and peaceful but only a short way from lots to do and see. Fantastic for walkers and a good base for visiting the attractions at Ironbridge.

Came here for a wedding as guests for my friends wedding on 4th June 2022. The wedding venue inside is lovely with a bar and DJ set up inside with lots of room for dancing and a log fire which kept us warm. The views of the Shropshire hills and The Wrekin are spectacular. The staff and food was amazing and i would like to come and stay here.

Fantastic venue for many reasons. Held my wedding here and Derek and Sue couldn't have been more accomodating with rearrangements throughout COVID. All the accomodation is clean, tidy and well taken care of. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and perfectly situated for anyone looking to explore North Wales on day trips, visits to nearby Shrewsbury or hikes around the Wrekin. Highly recommended!

This is our 2nd stay at Morrells Wood Farm in the barn. It's perfect! Beautiful interior, very homely, extremely clean and with a luxury feel to the place. The most amazing views over the Shropshire hills. A bit of peace and tranquility with the lovely friendly owners and their dog Mollie. We will be coming back again.

Stayed at Morrells wood farm recently. Lovely Place. Clean, cosy and comfortable accommodation. Everything you need for an enjoyable retreat. My only concern was seeing the cows in their barns knee deep in mud and their own mess. It was upsetting. Fortunately the next day the farmer cleaned them out after he saw us looking and finally they had clean hay to lay in. Getting to the farm is down a very long track where you have to navigate lots of potholes but If you want a peaceful stay away from nowhere is was perfect..

What a stunning place to have a relaxing break accommodation was fabulous , Derek, Sue and Family plus Molly go out their way to make you feel welcome.We already rebooked and the Local Pub is short walk down the lane in leighton The Mill Fabulous Food with good Selection of drinks .

An absolutely beautiful farm set in Leighton, Shropshire, with views of outstanding natural beauty.The farm has several holiday let cottages and shepherd hut style dwellings, all set within the grounds of this peaceful friendly farm Each and every one of them are tastefully designed with oak beams, log fires, amazing kitchens. Lovely bathrooms with an abundance of piping hot water.The owners are delightful and their collie dog Molly is gorgeous and so friendly. Hey even the resident herd of cattle appear to smile at you as you pass them!If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing short or long stay cation then look no further..this is it.Kevan & Sue from Stockport.

Wow, what can I say?We recently got married here, both friends and family stayed on site and were totally thrilled with the accommodation.As a wedding venue it's another level, created memories that will remain etched on our minds for ever, we had the log cabin which is located in a beautiful valley built on stilts within ear shot of the brook and like nothing we've stayed in before.The staff were excellent the food was quality too.
