First experience with a private landlord and couldn't have been more supported throughout the entire process and indeed year. Richard is always there on call whenever you need him and sorts problems out asap which is always fab! Really great landlord

My first experience with a landlord and I don’t see how anyone can top him.Richard was incredibly polite, friendly and professional in all of our interactions, always was there to answer any of our questions and fix any problems we had.If there was ever any issue Richard made it his mission to get it resolved that day, and I really respect the level of care and pride he took in both his property and looking after his tenants.Words do not describe how highly I recommend Richard as a Landlord.

My husband and i felt we had to review this gentleman because he has gone out of his way to offer a 5 star rental experience over the last two years. The quality of his accommodation at 48 Adams Ave was very high but it is the way he cares for his tenants that will always put him head and shoulders above the competition because in a crooked world he is an honest and honourable man. He is firm but fair in his dealings but having left 6 young ladies to arrange this rental with probably six sets of nervous parents we can honestly say we had nothing to worry about. Everything he does it seems is from the perspective that if it is not good enough for his children then he won’t let others suffer when he can step in.Parents, if your child says they want to rent from this firm please know that all the horror stories you hear about landlords do not apply here and as long as your children treat his house with respect you will have a happy experience. Clean, spacious, modern house! Great landlord. Really enjoyed my stay during final year of University. Close to town centre and all the shops, also not far from avenue campus or bus stop to park campus.

Richard has been an excellent landlord over the two years of our tenancy. He is very prompt and dependable with any concerns or issues we have and always ensures to do whatever he can to make our tenancy more comfortable. We have been wholly satisfied with our experience with him.

10/10 best landlord in Northampton. Always deal with one person who know his properties and tenants really well. No hidden fee, actually no fees just clearly explained rent payments. High quality house and furniture and a brilliant place to live away from home. Can’t recommend enough!

Lovely house, well decorated, very modern, great location for students. Richard is friendly and approachable, always happy to help. Very professional and couldn't recommend enough. The house felt safe and secure, this put me at ease as this was my first time living away from home. Stayed for 2 years whilst studying and very happy with my experience.
