Great, not too busy and clean and tidy. Lady on the till told me how to access discounts on my account which I didn't know I could do and saved me £3! So that was handy. One of my favourite shops

Tried to make a return, didn’t check properly the way I made payment asking for the card I paid ( I paid by Apple pay) and refused to process the return cuz my debt card no signature on the back. I said I can show my passport or I can sign now. Still refused. Went to another shop around Churchill square they immediately recognised that I paid by Apple Pay and showed me how to return if paid by Apple pay.

Large enough store and appears to have a plentiful variety of clothes to chose from for anyone taking a browse.. Was in company of others and they bought quite a few things, but then had to go back again as some stated sizes and didn't fit

Located inside Churchill Square shopping mall. I went in the kids" shop downstairs. They had a lot but mostly for younger children . Not much in sizes 8 to 12 year for boys. However I did buy a couple of suitable T-shirts with long sleeves.There was a lot more choice for girls than for boys.The assistants were very helpful. The shop was well organized."

Can while away hours browsing in H&M....my personal.opinion is that the selection and quality was better 3 years ago. Prices are much higher now and sizing is quite random sometimes. I don't go if I'm not having a body confident day. Otherwise it's an okay place to shop. The staff are efficient and there's plenty of room between racks of clothes which is important to me for a relaxed shopping experience.

Security guard stopped me and my friend as we were leaving and asked if we payed for our items, he insisted on seeing the receipt and wouldn’t let us leave until he saw it.
