I ordered something from the Bolton office and was arrogantly told to leave due to policy for not wearing a mask . Where I had a lanyard on showing I was mask exempt . Nice to see them discriminating against people with hidden disability’s. I will never go there again .totally discussing behaviour from the staff .

Miserable staff at Bolton.Told me I need to wear a mask (government does not require this at present), then insisted I pay with cash. Refused two other customers entry because of no mask. I was charged £3.90 for the world's smallest file.I went here because I like to support local businesses, next time I'll be going b&q.

Hands down best and friendliest place I’ve been to, had a strange imperial size bolt that I could not find anywhere l, they looked everywhere in there place to match it, unfortunately they didn’t have that strange size but they told me the thread pattern so I was able to locate one online and got me out of a hole, would give more stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
