I'd looked online and picked a washer dryer that I thought was best for me at a great price from Hughes. I popped into the Birmingham branch to order it and delivery was arranged for the next day. The delivery drivers arrived and went to fit the appliance. On doing so it became very apparant that it was slightly too big for the space and would stop me from fully opening one of my kitchen cupboards. The guys were lovely and said that they would take it straight back and I could choose another washer dryer. I visited the wolverhampton branch the same day. I spoke to Helen. She was brilliant. She looked at lots of different ones discussing the pros and cons of each. Eventually after a lot of deliberation I picked a washer. Because it was a cheaper model she arranged a refund of the excess money I had paid and even gave the kids some sweets and biscuits because they had been waiting so long while I was choosing. I cannot fault the customer service at this store and would definitely recommend.
