The guys here couldn't have been more friendly or professional -- I called in without an appointment as I'd got a completely flat tyre; I'd managed to get it inflated but considering the size of the screw very clearly embedded in it, it wasn't going to last long. Without any fuss or drama they swapped my spare wheel on, ordered a replacement tyre, and even offered to fit it later the same day once it had come in! As it was, I survived on the spare till the next morning when the new tyre was popped straight on, spare returned to the boot and everything left shipshape in under 5 minutes. First-class service and a cracking bunch of guys. Thanks so much for helping me out.

I had an issue with my Audi A4. Slightly older model, so things are going to start breaking. The issue was that my exhaust was blowing. Did some basic troubleshooting myself, seemed like the leak was coming from the middle coupling, or middle muffler. But I'm not a mechanic, and sometimes you need the experts. Called Glossop Tyres at 9 in the morning, and booked the car in for 11:00. I dropped the car off just slightly before 11:00. At 11:13. I received a call back from Lee. He told me exactly what the issue was, and also provided me a quote for an oil change Id asked for. Also he said he could get the parts 'TODAY', which was a massive very welcome surprise, as I was expecting to be without my car for a few days, I wont lie. I've been looking for a decent, reliable mechanic and I'm happy to have found and tried 'Glossop Tyres'. Absolutely amazing service. Fast, Accurate and not ripoff merchants or cowboys. I will certainly be going back in the future! Appreciate all your efforts!

Absolute life savers. We were holidaying in Hayfield and my VW Passat ran into a serious issue on Saturday afternoon (around 3.30pm). I posted on a few local facebook groups and Paul got in touch to tell me they would take on the problem and aim to fix it on the following Monday. The car was stranded in Glossop and they even took care of getting the car to the garage as it was a non mover. It was diagnosed by the RAC as the clutch but the team diagnosed it as a snapped driveshaft. The part was ordered and fitted before 1pm on the Monday. They saved us so much pain, as a family, with 2 kids wanting to get home and nowhere to stay from 12:00 that day. They exceeded all expectations and went above and beyond to help us. Thanks to Paul and the team, we really appreciated it. Cannot recommend them enough. We got the car back (250 miles) to the South East coast in Kent with no problems at all.

My partner booked in to change some tyres changing and on arrival was greeted with some of the worst customer service of all time. Very, very unhelpful and because of this definitely would not recommend to anyone. Eventually left and went to Quickfit over the road who were very helpful.
