We have used Carpetnwood twice now to refloor our flat and returned because they had been so good the first time.Adam is very knowledgeable and has great tips and advice for making choices.Communication before, during and after the job is excellent and the price was the best we could find.I cannot recommend these tradespeople enough and I would have no question returning again in the future. We were enormously impressed with Carpetnwood, who provided much better service than John Lewis who we had used for our carpets previously. They were very quick to fit the carpet after ordering it, very helpful in the shop, and their fitting team were polite and efficient. We would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Carpetnwood did a brilliant job. Adam was speedy in arranging an on site assessment, presenting options and generating a quote. He has an excellent eye and feel for how the right choice of carpet helps create the atmosphere of a room. This was a huge help in making the choice within my budget. Adam was then able to schedule the job within my limited time frame. His fitting team were excellent also - prompt, courteous, they tidied up fully afterwards and most importantly did a great job. This is the second time I have used Carpetnwood and do not hesitate to recommend their outstanding service.

Great experience with Carpetnwood. They provided the carpet as they said they would and all on time.Had an issue with a stain which seemed to have come from our radiator and Adam provided us with carpet cleaner for free and gave us good advice on getting the stain out.Very pleased. Would use again.

Over several years, Carpet and Wood has supplied carpet and wood flooring to me and installed it. Amazing, 5 star service!I met Adam in June 2020, I was moving home at very short notice and had a few days to get the flooring done. Adam was super helpful and went above and beyond to guarantee my flooring would be completed within the extremely short notice I was working with.The quote was honest and the best in the area. He was very attentive and informative. Flooring was done in a few hours throughout my 2 bedroom flat.Fast forward 7 months later, my flooring is beautiful and I can’t find the tiniest mistake or fault.A huge thank you to the whole team for your professional and excellent work!!

We used Carpet N Wood to replace carpets with laminate flooring in our two-bedroom flat and we were extremely happy with the results and the overall service.Adam and Marie were both very helpful, friendly and pleasant to work with. They were flexible with regard to dates, professional and gave us useful advice. The installation of the laminate was completed promptly and with the highest level of quality and care.The flooring looks beautiful now. Given the very high quality of the laminate used, it was also excellent value for money. We will definitely return to Carpet N Wood if we decide to replace the flooring in the rest of our flat.
