Unfortunately I can only leave 5 stars.If it was possible I’d leave more.After 20 years of neglect my teeth were a mess, mostly due to a massive fear of the Dentist. Thanks to the team here , their patience & understanding , I’ve overcome my fears, whilst I don’t get excited about going I also don’t fear it.Huge thanks to Lewis & Holly, you two are absolute stars & a credit to this business.I had crowns fitted & bridges to fill the gaps & I couldn’t be happier. From first visit to reception right through the whole process everyone was amazing.

We recently received amazing patient care from Minto. My daughter had an emergency, we thought it was medical but GP said to go immediately to dentist, but it was 12.30pm on a Friday afternoon and no one was answering. We tried NHS 24 but they refused to help, reverting us back to our dentist. In a last ditch attempt, we drove to Minto. The staff there received my daughter, the dentist who was on his way out got back into his lab clothes and spent half an hour taking x-rays and patiently explaning to my daughter the combined medical and dental nature of her problem. I cannot praise the team enough for how kindly and professionally they handled this situation. My daughter was due to leave the next day for a week's Duke of Edinburgh expedition and we were still in time to get the correct medication from the pharmacy. Can't recommend enough.

As other have said - best to steer clear of this dental practice. Many issues but the worst has to be being left in pain for 5 days with toothache as they never answer the phone, and also did not have a dentist on duty the day I needed help. So no one to triage patients or write prescriptions - believe that's unethical at best, illegal at worst. Directed me to NHS who refused to see me as was within Minto's opening hours. An utterly horrific weekend spent with severe toothache. The horrendous practice manager told me this was a great result" to be seen within 6 days when a complaint was raised about this. Exceptional customer care is provided from the whole Team at each appointment. The level of patience displayed by each member of the Practice is remarkable: as someone who experiences anxiety when it comes to dental visits, their patience throughout my appointments made a world of difference.The online booking system is very user friendly, efficient and makes it easy to book and reschedule my appointments in just a few seconds.Highly recommend the practice.Thank you for all you do!

Went to Minto dentist last year. I had not been at a dentist for 10 years as I was scared to go. My top plate had broken and I kept gluing it back together but I knew I needed a new one. I was scared and ashamed of my smile. Lewis and Holly made me feel so comfortable and my journey to get a nice smile began.I was to get both my wisdom teeth out before I could get plate but I took an abscess in one of them . I phoned at 9am and had an appointment at 12noon to have it taken out . I could not believe this service. I cried when I seen my smile with my new plate and I no longer put my hand over my mouth when I talk or smile.Lewis also fixed a gap in one of my lower teeth and it is amazing. Thank you to everyone for your service. A big thank you to Lewis who gave me my confidence and my smile back and also to Holly .

I came to Minto after a high recommendation from a work colleague. I needed several treatments and so knew it was going to be tough, but Lewis and Holly took the edge off this with friendly chatter. Lewis is skilful and attentive, and every step of the way he explained, along with screen graphics, what he was about to do and what he had just done.The dental work now all complete with excellent results.I couldn't fault my experience here, even down to the friendly receptionist remembering my name on entering.

Lovely family dentist. Always kind, friendly and professional. Denby is brilliant with our young boys. Good availability of flexible appointments. Always understanding with cancellations and changing appointments. Reception staff always welcoming and friendly.

This was my first experience of restorative dentistry and I was delighted with the results. Staff were very friendly while highly professional. Wish I had made the change here sooner. In addition it was really easy to provide details to my work dental scheme.

Just completed my Invisalign journey with at minto dental care. Could not fault the team whatsoever. Lewis was great at answering any questions I had and explained the whole process at every stage. He was very understanding of any anxieties I had and was great at explaining my options. Holly the dental assistant was also great at answering my questions and providing reassurance. Chloe the receptionist went above and beyond when making bookings. She was very flexible and took into consideration booking an appointment around my busy timetable. Could not fault the team at Minto one bit!
