I applied for a house and for two weeks I was waiting for an answer, then I called and found out that the house was given, they didn't even notify us and I think they didn't even check us, we were waiting and they made us waste our time for nothing, unserious, unprofessional and I have many like-minded acquaintances! They don't care about people at all.

Excellent customer service, which is a rarity nowadays, I am more than happy to recommend Winnard & Brown.I was fortunate to speak with Louise who was extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very patient with me. Nothing was too much trouble for her in helping me understand the new rules and regulations regarding tenancy applications.It is a breath of fresh air nowadays to find a member of staff who is willing to take the time and trouble to be so kind and helpful, Louise is a credit and an asset to the company.
