Would like to leave a review about fendo and Daz Norton who teaches this system of self defence , this is not about me , but myself have been doing cross styles for many years and continue to do so , Iv had the pleasure of attending a class run by daz , and was so impacted with the level and knowledge he has worked to get to , that am influenced by daz and working with him after 2 years and hopeMany more , daz is up there and levels above on self defence world , I myself will continue to work with daz as long as will have me , highly recommended.Carl Fitzpatrick

This is by far the best self defence system I have ever done. Daz has so much knowledge and experience when it comes to self protection and I can honestly say without a shadow of a doubt, his stuff is highly effective. I have been training with Daz now for the past few years and I am so impressed with what I have learnedm I use to suffer with my anxiety very badly. After training with Daz, even after the first session I could feel my confidence building and my anxiety dissipating. Daz has taught me so much on real violence and can highly recommend to anyone. If you have the opportunity to train with Darren, take it. He understands self defence on a much deeper level than most who think it is just about how to physically defend yourself. He examines all the critical topics to understand and avoid violence foremost.
