Great service and reliable company would use Chris and his guys again

I contacted CNB for a boiler repair. Chris was a fantastic guy who was straight to the point of issue, got the parts with no issues great guy and very quick fixing my boiler and nice and tidy. Other heating engineers have told me the part where hard to get hold of, but truly not the case here. I will certainly use in the future and let friends know.

Change of Hot Water Cylinder - I have been using CNB to renovate a rental property (I will write a separate review for this work). I asked Chris and his team for advice on why our home shower sometimes stopped working properly. We had a bathroom refurbishment last year (a different company) but the shower was still not working as powerful as had been expected and it stopped working every now and then. The original company tried a variety of different things to solve the problem but it continued intermittently. Chris and his team suggested a new hot water cylinder with a different flange and pipework arrangement. CNB installed a new hot water cylinder with the correct flange and pipework and now the shower works perfectly every time. The shower is also much more powerful and the pipework looks a lot neater.

We have used CNB Gas and Plumbing Services on a number of occasions. Chris is always reliable, skillful, tidy, not to mention honest, friendly and polite. He also seems to know everyone in the area and I have only ever heard glowing reviews! Many thanks CNB , we won’t hesitate to call you again or recommend you to our neighbours and friends.

Chris and his team cannot be faulted. I have used them on 3 separate occasions and every time they have been respectful, punctual and critically they have solved the problem. In the future, if I have a gas, heating or plumbing issue I won’t bother shopping around, I know that I’m getting the best service and value from these guys.
