Great company to deal with, this is how a business should be run.Excellent product and service, can highly recommend based on my dealings with them.My Epson XP-605 was showing that the ink pad was at it's end of life, of course Epson want me to buy a new one ( more rubbish for the landfill ) but instead I bought a replacement set of pads and an ink reset button from Octoinkjet. The delivery was very quick, the communication spot on and plenty of links and paper work to help me through what turned out to be a very easy process. Printer working perfectly now and so I would like to say a big thank you.

Don't panic, when you see the error message “The Printer’s Ink Pads at the end of Their service life”, which stops an Epson PX800FW printer functioning. There is a cost effective solution from OctoInkjet.They sell a reset code, and a Printer Potty for much less than a new printer. This neat, and complete kit, had my Epson PX800FW running like new in less that 20 minutes - Thank you!I was unsure about using a kit purchased online, or the whole process of resetting the error message when I first looked into resolving the issue. However, this quality kit with clear instructions was delivered fast, is fairly priced, and is quick and easy to install. The counter reset process is equally straightforward too.If you have a perfectly good printer where spares are no longer available, or support from the manufacturer is more than the cost of purchasing a new printer, there is a good chance OctoInkjet will have a solution to help you.I have included an image of the waste ink pad tray for the Epson PX800FW. The printer has a single screw at the back of the machine to release the waste ink tray, which spans the printer. Once this screw is removed, the wast ink tray is very easy to remove. CAUTION: The ink pads will be saturated with ink, which can, and does spill. This task is best undertaken where any ink loss / spillage will not cause problems. Protective gloves are also recommended.

Purchased a set of Inks for my Canon Pro 100S and found the refill process very simple, they provide everything you need in the kit. Print quality is superb. Will be back for refills!

Very helpful, reliable and trustworthy, can't recommend strongly enough! I bought some refillable cartridges and ink from OctoInkJet, and had some problems getting them installed and working properly. Martin, was at the end of the phone, and very helpful - it's clear he really knows his stuff. I'm now up and running, and really happy with the ink, which works out much cheaper than buying OEM. My Epson Ecotank printer L355 recently stopped working due to an error for the printer's ink pad is at the end of its service life". After contacting Epson help centre and being directed to a local warranty service repair shop - they promptly tried to talk me out of having the printer repaired and kept trying to sell me a new printer.After a little more investigation online

supberb product, a fraction of the cost of a new printer( I can only tell about it on an epson R1900) . Very easy to install, and certainly cured the problem, so ignore the printer message that tells you you printer is past it, spend you money wisley and try this product, follow the instructions, and you are off and ready to print again in no time at all, thanks Octoinkjet

Thank you for such an amazing fix for a situation that would have lead me to buy a new printer. I was really alarmed to find that my printer had an error message about the ink pads and I really thought that was it.
