I joined the school after a few trial classes 2 years ago and have been loving it since thanks to Contramestre Cabeça and his skilled & supportive instructors!Definitely recommend for anyone looking to develop themselves and learn about capoeira.

Great school with strong ethics in teaching ALL aspects of Capoeira, the self defence, music, culture and philosophy. I have experienced a lot in my first year and will no doubt discover more in the future!

I've been part of this school of Capoeira for nearly 4 years now and I'm really enjoying the experience. You will keep fit that's for sure ! but there is something else, the learning experience of this complex Martial Art is well taught by Marcus Cabeca and his instructors. Both my kids are also there, something that we share as a family and it's a pleasure to see their progression. Kids just love it so highly recommended for everyone!

I have worked with QMC for 6 months. It was a fantastic experience. Very attentive school which prides itself on personal development of all its students. Training is challenging but achievable and the many aspects of Capoeira receives equal attention. Highly recommended it.

Great place that you can train to increase your fitness but also been amazing to learn parts of the culture and history of Capoeira from the highly skilled teachers. Definitely worth trying if you have any interest in martial arts or any kind of movement training and like being a part of something :-)

I have been a part of the school for 8 years. There is more to it than just kicking and jumping around. There is a fantastic high support, high challenge atmosphere where we are always striving to step out of our comfort zones and be better today than we were yesterday and in turn be better tomorrow than we are today. We have developed a love of Capoeira and i have seen myself and the students around me grow and develop over time. This is not only demonstrated through kicks and acrobatics but also with playing music and singing.  Through our training within our school we have are overall benefits, including endurance, patients, self confidence and focus.  Most importantly we better understand the importance of challenge and dedication.I can't recommend it highly enough.
