Hare and Hounds Dog Training

We started the beginners gundog course for our 16 week WCS and we have thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The trainers are fantastic, very well educated in gundog training and super approachable! We now feel much more confident in the way we are approaching training our pup, and will be continuing through the grades at Hare and Hounds. A very supportive service (WhatsApp group for any midweek outside of training session queries) and a great experience all round. Thanks so much!

We have a nervous reactive rescue dog that we booked in for mantrailing. To say we are amazed at the difference in her behaviour during these sessions would be an understatement. Susie and Steve were fantastic with her and us making sure dotty was comfortable and had plenty of space. 3 sessions in she is absolutely loving it and so are we. Can’t recommend hare and hounds enough and are so thankfull that we can join in something fun even with a reactive pup

Dougie has just finished his Level 3 Gun Dog training and like the previous two levels, he had a fabulous time. Steve, Sue and Will provided excellent training and support that focused on getting the best out of the dog ( and the owner). Can’t rate Hare and Hound highly enough.

As first time springer owners we were complete novices to gundog Training. We had a wonderful 1:1 session with Sue (which cemented her as Hugo’s favourite) and then went onto complete Level 1 and Level 2 Training.Steve, Sue and Will were so patient and informative, with plenty of time to answer all of our questions. Their training style clearly demonstrates how much they all love dogs and we’re so happy with all of the hints, tips and tricks to keep Hugo on track with his training after the course.

Have done various Training with Hare and Hounds with my two Cockapoo’s, obedience, Mantrailing and some agility. Both the dogs and I thoroughly enjoy it. I’ve just signed my youngest dog up for Level 2 Obedience and starting him on Mantrailing with the older one. Trainers make it fun and are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

The team here are second to none and reallyDo their best to get you and your dog to achieve your goals, they are great at following up after the sessions too and really couldn’t be more accommodating for allTypes of dogs and people. They are seriously invested in what they do and are truly masters at their craft! We wish them every success!
