absolutely awful place. if you look a certain way you won't get in. basically if you're not barbie or not a white Ken don't bother. and the bouncers think it's acceptable to beat people up for the fun of it. absolutely disgusting people

We entered the venue with hope and merriment, fuelled by positive thoughts and gratitude for the pleasant people of Cardiff.#gratitudeUnfortunately the security staff displayed a degree of (at least to the perception of 3 x patrons in attendance)… racism that soured the mood.Credit where credits due, they were muscular and tanned, but this didn’t negate the discrimination.

This club was very prejudice and discriminative towards me. I went out with friends and they kicked me out on my own. The bald headed bouncer and the female bouncer with piercings ganged up on me and labelled me as aggressive and kicked me out on my own and we’re not cooperative at all. If you are black please don’t go here the treatment is disgusting, they just stereotype you as aggressive. Please spend your money elsewhere. Despicable behaviour from door staff, wish I read the reviews beforehand.

There's a reason this place has so many 1 star reviews. One of the bouncers" is an absolute sociopath who kicked me out because I "kept dropping my wallet"; I'd got there late after work and had drank 3 beers. Literally made up a lie to kick me out. It was the most bizarre experience and it was evident it was a power trip for her

I paid around £30 to get 2 people into the club.The staff treated us like inmates of a prison. We had the impression that we were doing them a favour coming into their establishment rather than us being paying customers that should be treated with respect.Then my girlfriend spent £23.50 to order two double vodkas and cranberry.I didn't realise I'd paid £30 to transport to London.The price would be ok if the ambiance validated the vibe. However, once we'd got inside there was a lot of people standing around waiting for the atmosphere to justify the cost of entry.It didn't.Avoid at all cost and go to Proud Mary's or Philharmonic.

Avoid this place at all costs. The bouncers are extremely rude and aggressive. If you complain the bouncer company this won’t help as it’s owned by one of the bouncers. The place has gone downhill since the change in ownership. What a shame.

Don’t go to this place. As a Spanish I was discriminated for talking my language in the queue with the excuse that my group and I were drunk, but we were perfectly fine. For that reason, when we arrived to the door, they simply didn’t let us in. We tried to speak to them, just asking if they would please let us go inside, as we were not doing anything wrong, but they pushed us out violently. Please beware of this place, these type of acts can never be tolerated. We weren’t able to go inside just because we were not native English speakers.

Hello I tried to get into this place with two friends and we waited at the queue for 40 minutes and when it was finally our turn to get in the bouncer didn't let us inside. He accused us of being to drunk but we just have drank a couple of beers. He heard us talking in Spanish between us and I'm pretty sure that that's why he didn't let us in. The bouncers are pretty racist and xenophobic so if you're not English I would definitely not recommend this place. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and we just lost 40 minutes making queue for nothing. Do not go here there are many better places to go out at night in Cardiff.

I had one of the worse nights. Had 3 drinks ( all same but been charged differently every single time!) However that wasn't something I cared about while partying with 2 of my friends. I have not spoke nor interacted with anybody besides them. The staff members have kicked me out for the reason of being all over the place" thing I have not understood as I have not been in touch with anybody but my crew. I left crying as I felt guilty for destroying the night for my friends. Awful!"
