Tim Burberry Plumbing & Heating

Called Mr Burberry to sort a leak in the valves on my unvented hot water cylinder. He re-pressurised the expansion vessel but sadly within a week the problem was back as before. Rather bad value for £96 an hour VAT included.

We had been suffering from a dreadful noise when we ran our water. Tim came at exactly the time he said, diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately! Great service!

Why advertise yourself in crawley if you don't work in crawley? Advertising yourself as no job too small" yet was told to look for someone else due to being too far away... And I'm in crawley. Makes no sense!"

Fast and efficient! I contacted the company, they came the next day and sorted both plumbing issues and no problem since. Thank you!

This is the second time I have used Tim Burberry Plumbing and Heating to service my boiler. Tim is polite, friendly and accomodating, as is his colleague Harry who serviced my boiler last year. Both of them turned up on time, and worked professionally and without fuss! They are not the cheapest heating engineers I've used over the years, but I'd rather pay more and have the reassurance of knowing my boiler is serviced to a high standard. You get what you pay for at the end of the day! Tim is also a cat lover which earned him extra brownie points. I will definitely be using this company again for my boiler service and would recommend them to others.

Message left on answer machine requesting visit for assessment/quotation for repair to shower mixer tap unit. No reply so far after over 2 weeks.....

The quality of work is a good standard and professional. Tim Burberry is however by far the most expensive plumber working within East Grinstead and the surrounding areas.
