Trade suppliers but they were very helpful when we went to choose all the components for our new kitchen.

Good place to get kitchens ,doors, etc.

First order, skirting and architrave - 2 pieces of skirting arrived damaged! Plus the delivery driver didn't call as promised. Emailed that day with pictures as per the telephone call, no reply to email! Had to go in a week later, Thursday to order doors which had been discussed previous day, they checked the stock in Sleaford as none in Grantham, assured me they would pick them up Friday from Sleaford as have a driver on Fridays, ready for collection Saturday, as having work done on Monday - Saturday morning comes they have 1 door!!!!! Annoyed isn't the word! Because of this, the work cant happen on the Monday.now because door posts need moving and doors fitting before remainder of work can be carried out!! Plus when I asked for the replacement skirting to be sorted out as work was being done Monday, the girl asks the manager who says deliver Wednesday, too busy with deliveries Monday! She had to go back to Manager again and say that won't work as work being done Monday!! Then comes back and says will be delivered Monday!?? Seriously something had gone wrong at every dealing with them. Seriously Howdens - sort it out!!! Very disappointed and annoyed customer.

Worth sorting an independent local fitter & using Howdens over B&Q, Wickes etc. Kitchen is good quality & able to replace one broke item very quickly.

Not great you need a tradesman to get the goods
