Terrible - paid a deposit. The cleaning never happened in the end, no calls, no emails, I have left messages twice and still no refunded deposit.Reply to Response below: These are not the facts. Your company cancelled on us due to staff being on leave as family members feeling ill and showing symptoms - the man we spoke to then offered to give us either 1) a refund or 2) reschedule a new cleaning date. We could not reschedule because our rental contract was expiring the following day so we obviously opted for the refund. I've tried calling and emailing on SEVERAL occasions to try and get this refund which was promised to us due to this cancellation and only received radio silence. The closure of the company was not stated anywhere on the web page or on the voicemail message at the time either - just poor communication all around.

I booked them to clean my 2 bed flat, and they did it for 300 bucks. They promised me that they will come and rectify if anything needs to be re-cleaning.After the check out inspection there was some advisors for re-cleaning some specific spots . I contacted the JGD solutions again for this job to be done. They stopped responding to request and never turned up for the re-cleaning.I had to spend another 200 pounds from another cleaning agency to get it done.So all my money which I gave to JGD pro solution went I vain.Better avoid the agency or risk your money.
