Bryony’s energy, strength and intuition was inspiring as she guided me through what felt like a little exploration of myself. Each of my three sessions centred on different aspects of my life, during which various inter-related themes arose and inspired a really creative journey towards self awareness. It felt like there was a lot of ambiguity in the readings and responses of my body, but Bryony gently and insightfully helped me focus my mind on new perspectives on stale and over-thought circumstances. I can imagine how powerful the process would be for anyone struggling to see through the fog of a mental, physical or emotional rut. I would highly recommend Bryony to experience this with.
