Ellen is a miracle worker! She spent hours doing my perm. Despite it being a bigger job than it initially appeared due to the thickness of my hair, she was patient, so lovely, and took her time to do things perfectly. I am thrilled with the outcome and I will be back to see her next time I need my hair done!

Terrible experience - see photos of before and after - I asked for “ash blonde” and “as light as possible”. No one could even tell I had my hair dyed (costing £296) and poor customer service.I was recommended to book Kamil/Nilson when I went in for my test strand, and I liked Nilson’s work on Instagram so booked with Nilson (for a higher price than the other stylists). When I arrived, I was told Matteo would be doing my hair instead for the same price. I had not been told beforehand that they had changed my stylist and they were not even going to explain to me until I started questioning why I didn’t have Nilson. I should have walked away then but Nilson (who was available) came over to reassure me that Matteo is the manager and will do a great job. If I am paying more for the stylist I want then I expect to get that stylist, or at the very least for them to contact me before the appointment to ask to change stylist.Another red flag is that when I arrived there were no other customers even though there seemed to be 4/5 stylists available. We then had the consultation in which I explained what I wanted - “ash blonde”, ie more grey tones and no yellow/orange tones; I said I wanted to be as light as possible and for £296 total I definitely wanted to walk away much lighter; I wanted a bit of a money piece at the front; and some more details on what I expected. Matteo seemed nice enough and appeared to be listening and agreeing with what I was saying. There was absolutely no indication that he might not be able to do what I had asked, and he even promised a few times that I would walk away much lighter and with ash blonde hair.He then used foils to do the balayage. When washing/brushing the hair, he was polite but very very rough with everything, I have seen other reviews with similar comments. I have had my hair done many times and it has never been anywhere near this painful.You can see the end result in the photos - not much lighter at all and definitely not ash blonde by any definition. What a scam! I even saw that if I booked online I could get a balayage (without the add-ons) for £137 from Matteo but I was charged Nilsons price of £154 (before add-ons). I was also charged £24 for a toner that was clearly a waste of money as my hair looks exactly the same tone as before and far from ashy. As far as I am concerned, I could’ve paid £120 for a balayage from one of the less experienced stylists or just booked a half head of highlights and gotten a better result than I did for £296! When leaving, Matteo even asked me “can you see that it is lighter?” which tells me that even he knows he didn’t do a good job.Huge waste of money, I will not be going back. I was scammed and didn’t get the result I wanted. Barely any change and cost £296. Very unprofessional all round, especially changing stylist without telling me but still charging higher price.Only good thing I will say is that the blow dry is ok and my hair feels in good condition, but given I spent £38 on olaplex and my hair is barely any lighter, it would’ve been a miracle if they had fried it.Overall terrible. Do not go. Had a better experience at supercuts a 2 minute walk away and for a much lower price. Or if you are willing to pay more, I recommend the Toni & Guy. I had saved up a lot of money to get my hair done before summer, so this has been a very upsetting experience for me.

Was so happy with my recent visit. My stylist Diana was brilliant, I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted, but she helped work it out and gave me a stunning result.Needs a little attention to detail for cleaning for the salon overall as there was still hair from a previous client under the table of the station i was seated at which being my stylists first client of the day was not because of her, glass top was cracked as well.Overall, the rest of the staff were friendly and welcoming.

I want to say a huge thank you to Antonio, he was an absolute pleasure today. I wanted to make a change and he was kind enough to go through some ideas with me until I settled on one. Exceptional service from Antonio, thank you again.

I’ve been seeing Nilson for over 6 years now, his service and care for my hair has always been outstanding. I’ve had my hair coloured, cut and had treatment such as keratin. His knowledge with hair is fantastic and knows exactly what your hair needs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. You won’t be disappointed with him and his lovely team providing excellent service. I had an incredible experience with an amazing haircut and balayage today. The talented Antonio exceeded my expectations and left me feeling absolutely thrilled with the results. Antonio took the time to listen to my preferences and remained attentive & friendly. I can’t recommend this stylist enough for their amazing haircut and balayage skills.
