I really am not one to write reviews, however I feel compelled to say what brilliant service I have just received. I have an old wood burner that the glass had broken on. I rang stovetech and the service on the phone I received was exemplary, I decided to call in, and again was met with knowledgeable and helpful service. I would wholeheartedly recommend.

After we asked for advice on replacing our old logburner, Steve came to our house and recommended a Merlin Stove, which is his own brand. We did a bit of research and as we could only find positive reviews, we decided to order one. Within a few weeks, the logburner was ordered and installed. We couldn't be happier. It is so much more efficient than our old stove, heats up very quickly and is a delight to watch. Caveman TV. Definitely recommend!!

On basis of recommendation I've just had Stovetech install a multi-fuel and a wood burning stove. I've been most impressed with an excellent service. From initial advice, selection of stoves, timing, coordination of support contractors(Cherry picker, chimney sweep, plasterer), removal of old fire places, installation and clean up everything was thoroughly professional and reassuring. I am entirely satisfied. Steve and his son, Jack, have earned and deserve this 5 star recommendation.

Steve and co., Had a tricky replacement flue liner job at our property. They had to remove a sectioned steel liner and provided a new stove pipe, liner and chimney pot with cowl and mesh. BThey did a first class job, removed all the debris and left with everything clean and tidy.

Avoid at all costs! We have a Merlin stove from these guys that has been nothing but trouble and their customer service is even worse. Our stove controls basically don't fit the body properly so it can't be closed down. I've been trying to get them to come out to fix it for nearly a year and over the course of probably 50 phone calls (they usually pick up on about the 5th call) and three cancelled appointments – two of which I stayed in all day for and they just didn't turn up or bother to let me know until I called the office – Steve eventually suggested that I try and take the controls off the stove myself and bring them in to their office for them to look at"! After much struggling with the bolts I managed to remove the part

Excellent from start to finish! Very impressed - both Steve and Jacob worked hard to install the new wood burner to meet our deadline, great attention to detail, really nice guys and a pleasure to do business with. We cannot recommend them highly enough, particularly as they were able to knock out a much bigger space in the fireplace opening which, according to another supplier who quoted, wasn’t possible. if you’re looking for a professional, knowledgeable and reliable company to install your new wood burner, you’d be foolish to consider anyone else.

Had our Merlin Stove fitted this week, amazing bit of kit, so controllable, very fair price, less than many friends and colleagues have paid from other suppliers, no mess despite a chimney that had over 30 years of rubbish and debris in it, what can I say just brilliant service … Thank you…

Bought a stove off Steve at stovetech 10 years ago.Still having fantastic service. Whenever I need anything, he's very helpful. The stove output is unbelievable. When friends come to our home in the winter they are amazed at the heat output. Usually have window open.

Steve at Stovetech said we would love it and he was so right. Replacing our gas inset fire with a Merlin stove was a great decision. Professional team with great service.
