My second visit and so very pleased with Mark's artistry, skill and care in colour and blow dry: my husband picked me up and , unusual for him, noticed immediately the new bounce, movement and richness of colour in my hair. Mark takes great care to improve hair health too. Trust him completely.I look forward to my next visit before a big long- haul trip in late July.

I had Hollywood wax done by Ellinor.Aside from the pain, I got the bonus of skin removal, which, after 2 days of the treatment, the area is still in much pain, and thin scab starts forming.I wish she informed me at the time so I would treat it properly instead of finding out myself a day later through the pain.I am upset and disappointed.

Elinor takes such care when doing your nails so there is always an excellent result. I had gel on both hands and feet and nearly 3 weeks later, cannot believe how glossy and good they still look, despite spending 2 weeks in very hot Cyprus with trips to the beach and swimming in the sea!
