Helen is so thorough, the nail shop is clean, sad I travel from London every 2 weeks to ho here as no-one can match their quality and attention to detail.

Very good , nice variety

The first time I went I had Hannah and she was amazing. Did exactly what I asked for and they looked beautiful. The second time I went I had someone else and the lady said she could do what I'd asked for yet when she had finished my nails, she said she couldn't. I'd asked for one nail to be glittery (like hannah had done previously) but I'd chosen a glitter they couldn't do? I'm not completely sure, it was tricky for us to communicate. The nails still looked lovely but they weren't finished to the same standard as Hannah. (My own natural nails could be seen underneath and Hannah had filed that away last time to clean them up etc ) I'd still recommend this salon though, although I'd say book if you want a pedicure as that seems to be back to back busy! They are friendly and accommodating.

Disappointing I loved the quality of nails but you have to bare through the service. Customer service has drastically deteriorated the shop is clearly understaffed making staff rude, rushed jobs, and missing appointment times.

The team at Elegant and Shine is always friendly, professional, and caring. The quality of their work is first class. I have used their service for many years, and nowhere else provides better quality, my nails last 2/3 weeks, they give a wonderful pedicure and they are up to date with all the latest trends and colours. I highly recommend you give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

Very pleased with my nails

Used to go here often and the nails were great but the past few times I’ve been there, my nails have not been to my liking at all. The quality of the nails were not very good, they were rushed and too thick and after a few days they looked as if I had them on for 2 weeks. And they charged me more for the exact same design I had done a month before.
