Phillip was incredibly helpful and was able not just to diagnose but fix my golf with ECU issues. 10/10 service. He has definitely become my go to garage. Would not hesitate to recommend to anybody. Very honest and good prices.

Best service in Bournemouth and Poole. I was in the official Mercedes, BMW services, but they didn't advise anything but high prices for diagnostics and then waiting for the part for weeks, this service solved the problem not expensively and very quickly! I have been using the service for 7 years and I am always satisfied! Thank you guys and will done!!!

I am only writing this as I am very ennoyed as one of the shock absorbers needs replacing again 3 months later. I am not implying that this is the garage's fault, I am just sharing my experience.Had a knocking noise on the car and was worried not to fail the MOT which was due the following week.Took it to this garage and was told after both guys had a look that the shock absorbers need changing.Left the car there and received a text the next day to collect the car.When I arrived they told me that the shock absorbers have been replaced but the noise was still there.When I asked What do I do now?" I was told to "take it to the MOT station and if they fail you come back". Not the answer I was expecting...The very next day I booked the car at a different garage.After telling them what has been done so far

Tried to rip me off very dishonest people quote me a part £500 and i went to buy my self for £300 from main dealer . for the labour i had no choice because my car was already there with them i was charged £180 where i could have fixed for £100 .So please avoid this very rude and dishonest garage.
