Possibly one of the greatest experiences of my life, maybe even surpassing my marriage and the birth of our children! Not really of course, but such a relaxing experience and the level of customer service from first contact, booking, collection and return was faultless and friendly. I'm hooked on canal boats now and I have ABC Alvechurch to thank for that and I couldn't be happier! Thanks so much for a wonderful boat and a fantastic experience on our 25th wedding anniversary, why did we wait so long? Mark & Hazel.

Amazing staff, very helpful and friendly. We stop here to fix our boat after it broke down half was. The Engineer was amazing and manager help us with our route and directions. Very helpful and great customer service. Highly recommend checking in from this Marina. There is a pub near the Marina.

Very good service for boating. Narrow boats for sale and hire. We are on our fourth canal boat hired from them. Good boats and excellent emergency service. A wide range of chandelry for boats. Guide books for the canals. Souvenirs. Fuel, water, pump out available. Car parking and handy to the railway station. Food and drinks available from the pub next door.

What a fantastic day on the barge, hired one out for the day and absolutely loved it.The staff were all so lovely and a big thanks to Will who came and helped us when we got ourselves stuck in the reeds, what a gentleman and so knowledgeable.We had no experience of steering a boat but the staff have us a safety and boat handling chat and off we went. Would love to do it again, thanks guys for a brilliant day x

Lovely location with everything you could need in the shop.The weighbridge is a great pub, right on the sight.Award winning and highly recommended for canal and food/drink enthusiasts.

I make an annual trip here with my family and here out one of the day boats.The staff working around the marina are always really helpful and friendly.The boat itself is kitted out with everything you might need throughout the day - toilet, sinks, kettle, hobs, fridge, plates, cutlery, mugs, glassware etc. You get a tutorial on how to operate the boat and off you go! Perfect in the summer.

Went there for the beer festival.Great prices and good food. Lager was a bit warm so went flat quick but then again was a beer festival not lager.They did a card for 5 pints for 20 quid which in today's world was very good value.

Fantastic staff so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Simon in particular was extremely knowledgeable offering help and advice on our planned trip tp Stratford Upon Avon. Which proved invaluable.
