London Shared

I rented a room in Clapham for a year and could not recommend Londonshared more! Starting with Charlie who showed me a lot of options to Jan who took care of the tiny issues and up-keep of the house! Really great service!

Disclaimer - Review made in my first month here. I love the building and facilities. The people are great! Its new and there are clearly some tweaks/improvements which any new building would have.Gareth, the Property Manager, has been nice and responsive. No complaints!

London Shared has been excellent. Really helpful and lovely staff that’s made the move in process seamless. We had a few issues as the property is a new build but our property manager Shay has been super quick with getting everything sorted for us.

I stayed in a London Shared house in Wandsworth for two years. Dane was a 10/10 property manager - super polite and very diligent. I was lucky with the housemates in general but you aren’t consulted on who comes in, which is risky. Further, we had a couple of occasions where our neighbour’s side was taken over the tenants - which is odd since we pay the bills.Overall, it was a positive experience and I’d recommend it to any new Londoner.

I'm a landlord who has a property with LS. I've had a reasonable relationship with them sometimes the communication gets difficult as I don't have a direct contact with the tenants and everything is done through LS. The latest property manager, Jan, has been excellent however, really working hard to maintain the balance between tenants, myself as the landlord and any contractors that have been instructed to work on the property. Overall I would recommend the experience.

London Shared is a really good agency managing very nice property I recently rented.I needed to move in quite quickly, and Will Taylor did a great job helping me to do so. He was very responsive via both calls and emails (even outside of working hours), did his best to answer my document related queries. Also, he arranged viewing at a very short notice, facilitated quicker completion of all necessary checks conducted by external provider, and organised contract signing really quickly, so that I could meet my desirable move in date. I believe Will’s understanding of customer’s needs and ability to communicate with various stakeholders to make things happen is very valuable in the overheated London letting property market.Keys collection was also quick and straightforward, I received all necessary instructions and assistance I needed from Ema and Charlie.

It's been a smooth tenancy process with the team @ London Shared, and Aled has made it a point to answer all my questions diligently and with patience — ensuring a first time London tenant like me is comfortable with the process. Looking forward to calling the place home soon!After moving-in I had some issues with the room but Gareth and Jay ensured I was looked after.

My first contact with London Shared was yesterday. I got through to Gareth and was immediately so impressed by the kindness and professionalism. I wanted some information about where to start to help a family member a good place to live in London. Gareth was brilliant, he listened to my needs (and my waffling) and guided me to the right person in lettings to help me. Moreover he inspired confidence in London Sharing and following his excellent level of service, we followed through, my family member had a viewing first thing today, found a home, and the whole service so far has been amazingly good. It reinstates your faith in humanity when things go well and people really care and really want to help. I 100% recommend Gareth and the team at London Shared. Stayed at my London shared house for 2 years in Fulham. Any problems we had were always quickly sorted. Our property manager Nasima Maharaj was so lovely and always very accommodating. She was always quick to respond to emails and get us any help we needed providing the service with a smile! I would recommend the company to friends!

London Shared are a really great option for people moving to London for the first time/looking for an easy renting experience, with bills included and properties that are managed and in decent locations.Wilman has been our property manager and has always been very quick to respond and address any issues in a helpful manner.
