A good place to stop halfway around the shops…This Pret is a nice spacious cafe with super comfortable seats and a good choice of food and drinks.We came in here initially hoping to get a nice refreshing iced tea but unfortunately couldn’t see any on the menu (so assumed that iced tea isn’t an option in Pret, as we’ve never been to one before) there were bottles of green tea in the fridge but it wasn’t quite what we were looking for.The cake selection was brilliant and all of them looked great, my partner chose a chocolate croissant - she said it was delicious and one of the best ones she’s ever had, it was nice and light pastry with plenty of chocolate filling/flavour.We had a bottle of peach tea from the fridge which was ok but nothing amazing.The leather seats in here are very comfortable and you’ll just sink into them, I honestly could have sat there for hours.The staff were very friendly, at least the gentleman who served us was - he was very chatty and had a smile on his face which just made the whole transaction a better experience.

fabulous!!! popped into pret this afternoon with my friend and was warmly greeted by the fabulous team at cheshire oaks. a great selection of food on offer, and as a vegetarian all the veggie products were clearly labelled which helped massively :) my hot drink was prepared by the kindest barista ever …. i didn’t catch his name but he was tall with blond hair…absolute power house of cheshire oaks!! i would definitely recommend pret cheshire oaks to anyone passing by…wonderful team :)

I had previously enjoyed Pret and looked forward to a nice lunch. At 1.45 practically everything was sold out. The premises is tired. The tables were not clean. I was very disappointed.

Popped in for some lunch on my break yesterday and a lovely girl named Sophie honestly made my day customer service was exceptional from her and she was so lovely I wanna go there for my lunch every break now!! Thank you Sophie your a gem!

Disgusting, this is only word that fits the customer service at your restaurant, my wife, who speaks English as a second language, went there for some lunch and misheard what the boy behind the counter said to her, not a big deal, but where I take serious offense is whilst he was making the order for her, he was smiling and mocking my wife with another one of your delightful staff.I'm really curious, do Pret as a business condone open bullying and ridiculing of customers on the basis of their ability to speak English? Which, by the way, my wife speaks very good English, sometimes if someone speaks fast she might not catch it first time is all.Customer service staff should be polite as a given, not make people feel small. The boy in question served my wife on 11/12/2023 at around 14:30, he was wearing white and made his snide comments to a lady wearing black.To say I'm angry is an understatement, seeing your wife brought to tears, calling you upset during work has made me furious, we will never set foot in your building ever again, but I would like a response from you as to whether this behaviour is condoned and if not, what will be done?

You know what you get at Pret A Manger. Decent range of rolls and wraps at a good price. The salad added usually has extra flavour from other herbs etc. Good coffee machine for a latte. Not a big shop but room also outside. Staff friendly and helpful so happy with visit

Love Pret. First choice for coffee every time but I think you should tighten up on single customers who occupy a 4 seat table with phone in one hand,laptop on table and who use the place like an office whilst other customers walk in and then out without buying because they can't sit.

Always loved to go to pret. It used to be my favourite coffee shop! Now it went downhill no food after half 3. Staff starts clearing away and emptying shelves to early! I travelled from St Helens and I’m at Cheshire oaks nearly every day walking round and shopping and I am very annoyed that every time I stop at the coffee to have a drink and sandwich then I get disappointed because there’s no food! Still serving drinks in paper cups even after lockdown! Old staff was amazing now that there are new staff everything is messy. Toilet needs attention too absolutely disgusting! Manager needs to take actions because I sit in that coffee shop and watch people walking about because there’s now food! I go in Chester town and they have food non stop! Do something to improve people so that I can have my favourite coffee shop back !
