Tried to arrange a viewing for a car and a test drive. Made it difficult and impossible to do so without a non refundable deposit. Again NON refundable forcing you to buy without even seeing the car what a joke.Never have this issue with Audi or BMW... disappointing

Jess who dealt us for our motobility car was amazing from start to finish we received the car in less than 7 days and she even put some fuel and my partner suffers with anxiety and Jess was amazing with her. Have bought numerous cars from this dealership and never had any problems. This new car I bought the service and feedback and courtesy call after has been appalling no follow up after having my car for three weeks in their garage. Even had to ask for a courtesy car as no one offered to get me one. It would also have been nice to have had my car cleaned ready when I called.It has not put me off Ford Cars though.

Well I booked my vehicle in for a water leak coming from outside into the boot area . I dropped my vehicle off at 8am prompt. I Was told there would be a diagnostic charge of £99 and a charge for whatever they found was wrong which I happily agreed to . I then received a video of my vehicle having a health check and so on which I didn’t ask for , they then tell me my vehicle would have to come back and be left for water test to find out where the leak is coming from they would need it for a week again not a problem . I was told there’d be minimum cost of £495 to remove seats carpets and interior panels etc. The cost isn’t the issue here i clearly booked it in for the water leak so why didn’t they start to strip the vehicle there and then as it was I booked it in for that . No phone call to update me and let me know any of this until I make the call to them after seeing the health check video . So basically I paid them £99 not to diagnose the problem , but to have a free health check . Poor service from Stoneacre who I’ve used several times in the past .

We cannot thank Joe Turban enough for his exceptional customer service, his friendliness and humour.We bought our daughters first car and he made the whole experience truly amazing. A day we will never forget.The whole team watched whilst Joe unveiled the car.

The sales man was trying to sell me a skoda octavia ,he had worked the price out.£11000,for my car ,+£4000 to pay ,plus £215 month for 2 years total over £20,000..this car was advertised at their Nottingham branch,and still is for £16500.Buyers be aware.

Despite the weather yesterday Drew Lister showed true professionalism by walking us round our choice of vehicle and getting soaked appraising ours with a smile on his face. Well informed, courteous and very knowledgeable. We are very pleased with our new car and cannot thank the team enough for their approach, also for the very welcome hot coffee. Well done

Avoid!!! Poor service all round. Car not cleaned, repair took longer than told. Don't be fooled by the offer of a '25 point check' It is a way of making more money or getting you to 'upgrade' your car. I was quoted nearly 3K for 'urgent' repairs and then a few days later had a call from Ford asking me if I wanted to 'upgrade' my vehicle. Luckily I took my car to another garage (with 5 star reviews this time) for a second opinion and they disputed several claims made by Ford mechanics. The repairs that were needed, cost approx 1/2 the price Ford quoted me.
