Purchased a place on Colquitt Street (L1 Boutique) and after the third stage payment, the property management company started making late and discounted rental payments in breach of their agreement and for no real reason, explanation or basis, blaming Covid-19 as the cause. The management company leasing my property is currently over £8,000 in arrears and RW Invest have made no real attempt to resolve the issue, explain the basis of the abatement, whilst making further ambiguous offers of guaranteed income" without resolving the issues on the previous agreement. The service I received, from the initial property purchase to the eventual selling of the property by Dan to another investor, was clear, concise and I felt my investment was in completely safe hands. It should be a 4 star review as the building didn't complete on time (due to Covid!), but I would thoroughly recommend RWinvest to any investors.
