I came to Xcel for my kitchen, chose it how I wanted and Xcel smashed it, really nice design, modern styles they helped me choose it as I wanted and it looks stunning. appreciate it, good quality and good designs. prices are good too. thanks.

Had a kitchen and bedroom done by Xcel, they've done a brilliant job on both. Only point to improve on would be email communication, I had more success just phoning the office or texting Azhar to get things done. With that being said the quality of the furniture, fitting and after-sales support has been outstanding so has to be 5 stars.

I might well amend the rating when the job is done, but communication with this company doesn't seem to be as easy for me as it appears to of been for other's.I have had to chase them repeatedly for an installation date, which I'm now told will be Monday or Tuesday next week.I wish I'd more confidence that it would be so, but I was also told the units would be delivered either today or tomorrow. I've been on the phone 7 times today to try to narrow that time down and although I have left a voice message, nobody has got back to me. 7 calls and nobody picking up, not good enough.I'm editing this.It's taken me 4 more calls this morning to get through to someone and I've been told that it will probably be the back end of next week before the kitchen can now be installed. Well probably isn't even a confirmed date, so clearly I was right to be concerned about this going ahead.Previously I'd given 2 stars, after the phone call I've dropped it to 1 star.I will happily amend the review again should I have my kitchen successfully completed to my satisfaction. It will never be able to achieve a 5 star rating, but hopefully I'll be able to offer more than 2.This job has now been completed to a good standard. I'll leave it up to the reader if I'm being harsh, too kind, or fair, in my star rating.I would like to add though that, thing's only started to happen after I wrote my initial review. So if with this company, or any other, writing a review really does help if thing's aren't going to plan.

Best kitchen I've ever had. All the extra trims on the units make all the difference. Listened to us and bent over backwards to get the kitchen we wanted job well done. Big thanks to fitters less than 3 days to fit 10 out of 10.

Had a good experience with these guys. Team was good in making a design for us, suggestions ideas the lot, price was competitive too. Was a small delay for installation like a week i think because it clashed with eid but that worked out ok for us. Installer was fantastic- would ask for Raf if you go with them, guys a machine.

Great kitchen at a great price. Units have a beautifully smooth finish and love the colour (see photos). A few hiccups with the order initially but both Khalid and Azhar made sure these were addressed quickly. In my opinion much better quality than the well known kitchen retailers, highly recommend you give Xcel a go, you will not be disappointed.

Really good service and quality for our new kitchen

I nought my kitchen from them last year and spent £21000.00. My experience was very poor. Twelve months later I sm still waiting for my kitchen to be completed. The communication and customer service is very poor. The fitting quality in particular very poor. Nobody returns your calls. I am now seeking legal help and going to complain trading standards.
